The company
What is Whan Amador Prestige Group?
Whan Amador Prestige Group is a company based in Málaga, Spain, serving private owners, visitors and businesses on the Costa del Sol. One company and one point of contact for all of them.
What is the correct name of the company?
The company is Whan Amador Prestige Group; its legal name is Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L. Its wine is sold under the trading name Whan Amador Vineyards & Wines, and its yacht charters under Whan Amador Yacht Chartering. The website is prestigegroup.es and the wine house is on Instagram as @wavineyards. Whan Amador Prestige Group is an independent Spanish company and is not connected with other businesses that use the name Prestige Group.
Which legal company stands behind the services?
Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L., CIF B23860828, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Málaga (sheet MA-193092), with its registered address at Calle Álamos, 7, 29012 Málaga, Spain. Every service is contracted, invoiced and paid through this one company, including those presented under the trading names Whan Amador Vineyards & Wines and Whan Amador Yacht Chartering. See the Legal Notice.
Which areas of the Costa del Sol do you cover?
We work along the Costa del Sol from Málaga to Sotogrande, including Mijas, La Cala, Calahonda, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Marbella, Elviria, Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, San Pedro de Alcántara, Benahavís, Estepona and San Roque, and inland towns such as Alhaurín and Coín. Client meetings and property visits are by appointment, in person or by video call. Our wine is delivered from France to Spain, and our vineyard work is in the South of France.
When can I reach you?
Messages are answered personally every day, Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 22:00 Spain time, by phone or WhatsApp on +34 672 93 99 23 or by email to info@prestigegroup.es. Between 22:00 and 08:00 we can help by phone or attend in person at our published after-hours rates, and round-the-clock cover is available by prior paid arrangement.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Spanish, French and Italian. Meetings, visit reports and written updates can be in any of the four, and we reply to written messages in any language.
How do I arrange a meeting?
Use the Private Consultation page: choose what you would like to discuss and how you would like to meet (a 30-minute video call on Google Meet, a 30-minute phone or WhatsApp call in which we call you, or a 60-minute meeting in person, by confirmation), then tell us the days and times that suit you and send your request by email or WhatsApp. We reply personally to confirm the time. You can also call, send a WhatsApp message or write to info@prestigegroup.es.
Can I deal with you entirely in writing?
Yes. Every enquiry, booking and service can be handled in writing, by WhatsApp message, by email or through the consultation form, at your own pace. You never need to telephone us.
Who will I be dealing with?
Whan Amador Prestige Group is founder-led: the founders handle every client relationship personally. Specialist work is carried out by registered subcontractors and independent partners on written terms, and before anyone starts we confirm their status, registration, tax and social-security position and insurance. See Team & Partners.
Why use one company for property, wine, yachts and art?
Because you deal with one person who already knows you, your home and how you like things done. Whan Amador Prestige Group is deliberately small, built around discretion, direct communication and staying close to the work, so the same standard applies whether we are checking your villa, supplying the wine for your table or arranging a day at sea.
Which companies and programmes are you connected to?
Whan Amador Prestige Group is one of TP-Link's partners, and a full installer of TP-Link security and networking systems in private homes and on board private yachts. We work across the TP-Link range: TP-Link and Omada networking for strong, seamless Wi-Fi throughout a villa, its terraces and pool, or a yacht; VIGI security cameras for gates, drives and entrances; and Tapo smart-home cameras, plugs and lighting. We survey, supply, install and set up each system, then look after it, and every home or yacht is quoted after a site survey. We are also part of the Adobe Partner Connection Reseller Program, for the design work of The Studio, and a supporter of Wine in Moderation, whose logo our wine house uses under a licence granted by FEV, the Federación Española del Vino. HIKVISION® is also one of our partners, for security cameras and video systems. Coto Restaurante in Benahavís displays two original works from The Collection. These are programme memberships, not endorsements of our services. See About.
Do you publish client names or reviews?
We never name a client, show a client's home or share a photograph taken in a client's home or on a client's yacht without that client's written permission. We never write, buy or arrange reviews or testimonials, and never review our own services under another name. This is part of our Code of Conduct.
The Residence
What does your property management service include?
The Residence looks after your home while you are away: scheduled visits with a photo and video record and a short report within 24 hours, key holding in a locked safe, a mail service, utility monitoring, cleaning and repairs arranged and supervised, arrival and departure preparation, and ITV and garage runs for the car you keep here. On each visit we check doors, windows, shutters and locks; look for leaks and damp; run taps and flush toilets; air the house; test lights, sockets and the fuse board; give the air conditioning and water heater a visual check; check the fridge, freezer and alarm; look over the terraces, garden and pool; and collect the post. See Property Oversight.
How much does property management cost?
Everyone starts with Standby: key holding at €1 a day and our mail service at €1 a day, €60 a month. Collecting your mail is charged separately, at €50 a collection. Care packages, which include Standby, are priced by type of home: Residence Essentials €150 a month for an apartment or townhouse, €195 for a house or villa with a pool or garden and €245 for a large villa of six bedrooms or more; Residence Signature €295, €495 or €630; Residence Private €450, €795 or €995. Prices for private owners include IVA at 21%; outside Zone A a small travel charge per visit is added. Use the calculator on Service & Pricing to see your exact monthly price.
What is the difference between Essentials, Signature and Private?
Essentials (someone there when you can't be): two visits a month, post collected on every visit, a photo and video record of every visit, cleaning and repairs arranged, key holding and mail included. Signature (checked every week): a visit every week, a pool chemical test on every visit, our analysis of the property and garden with advice, and storm watch, an extra check after any AEMET orange or red weather warning, up to one a month. Private (your time back): everything in Signature, plus staff and supplier coordination, arrival and departure preparation, IBI, basura, community fees and utilities paid for you with a monthly statement, an after-hours line, remote access codes for your visitors, one let-in a month and a bottle of our own wine on arrival, once a month.
Is there a travel charge for my area?
Travel is measured by road from our base. Zone A, up to 15 km (Mijas Costa, La Cala, Calahonda, Fuengirola): no surcharge. Zone B, 15 to 30 km (Marbella, Elviria, Benalmádena, Mijas Pueblo): €8 a visit. Zone C, 30 to 50 km (Puerto Banús, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís, San Pedro, Málaga): €15 a visit. Zone D, over 50 km (Estepona, Sotogrande and beyond): quoted per trip.
Can I book a single visit without a package?
Yes. A single visit without a package costs €90 for an apartment or townhouse, €110 for a house with a pool or garden and €130 for a large villa, plus the area surcharge. Package clients can add an extra visit for €60, €80 or €100.
What do I receive after each visit?
A photo and video record of the visit and a short written report, sent within 24 hours by WhatsApp or email, in English, Spanish, French or Italian. If we find something, such as a damp patch or a loose fitting, the report says what we found, what we did and what we recommend, and any repair is quoted to you before work starts. See a sample visit report.
How are my keys kept safe?
Your keys are kept in a locked safe, labelled with a code rather than your address, and every key that leaves or comes back is recorded. We hand over keys or open the door only on your written instruction by WhatsApp or email naming the person, and we check their identification when we meet them. Collecting your keys from us by appointment costs €15; returning them is free.
Can you let in my cleaner, gardener or builder?
Yes. An attended trip covers letting someone in and locking up after them, or delivering or collecting keys, with up to 30 minutes at the property: €60 in Zone A, €100 in Zone B, €145 in Zone C, and in Zone D €0.50 per km for the return journey plus €50 an hour. Waiting beyond 30 minutes is €12.50 per 15 minutes, and bookings with less than 24 hours' notice cost €25 extra. A let-in during your scheduled plan visit has no travel charge. For people who come every week, a smart lock or key safe with a code for each person is usually the most economical answer. We open and lock up; we supervise work only when you book our time by the hour.
How does the mail service work?
Your post is kept secure, opened and scanned with your written permission, and sent to you by WhatsApp or email within 24 hours. Collecting your mail is not part of Standby: each mail collection costs €50 plus the area surcharge. Post can be forwarded to you, with postage at your cost.
Can you prepare the house before I arrive?
Yes. We open and air the house, check that everything works, set the temperature and arrange what you ask for: the fridge stocked, fresh flowers, linen made up, a car or airport transfer, or a table booked for the first evening. Preparing the house for an arrival, or closing it after a departure, counts as one of your plan visits and is charged once, never twice. Concierge time is €50 an hour, plus the cost of anything bought for you. See Arrival, Care & Concierge.
Can you prepare the house for my guests and let them in?
Yes. Any visit can be an arrival preparation for you or your guests, charged once as one visit. Remote access codes for each visitor on a smart lock or key safe cost €20 a month, and are included in Residence Private. Cameras we fit for owners cover gates, drives and entrances only, never the inside of a home where guests are staying.
Can you take my car to the ITV or to a garage?
Yes. We collect your car, take it to its ITV, Spain's official vehicle inspection (the equivalent of the UK MOT), or to a trusted garage for a service or repair, and return it to the residence. The garage carries out and invoices the mechanical work, and any quote is confirmed with you before work starts. Our time is €50 an hour, with ITV fees and fuel at cost. We need the keys, the vehicle's papers and insurance in force.
What happens after a storm, an alarm or a break-in?
Storm watch, an extra check after any AEMET orange or red weather warning (up to one a month), is included in Residence Signature and Private and can be added to Essentials from €35 a month. For everyone's safety, after an alarm or a suspected break-in we never enter or approach the property first: we contact the alarm company and, where needed, the police, and attend once they have checked the property. Between 22:00 and 08:00, help by phone costs €50 a call and attending the property €150 for the first hour, then €75 an hour.
Do you provide a monitored alarm?
No. App alerts from a smart security kit are not a monitored alarm. A monitored alarm with police response must be contracted with a licensed security company, and we can arrange one at your cost. We can rent you a smart security kit (one hub, two motion sensors and two door or window contacts) for €100 a month, install a bought or rented kit for €500, and supply extra devices at €20 each.
Can you install Wi-Fi and security cameras?
Yes. As a TP-Link partner we supply, fit and look after business-grade Wi-Fi through the house, terraces and pool area, and cameras at gates, drives and entrances, using TP-Link, Omada, VIGI and Tapo products. We confirm the network and cameras are working before you or your guests arrive. Cameras never cover the inside of a home guests are staying in or the public street; signs are fitted and guests are told before they book, in line with Spanish data-protection rules. Each home is quoted after a site survey.
Do you clean pools or look after gardens?
Residence Signature and Private include a pool chemical test on every visit and our analysis of the property and garden, with advice and an offer to put right anything we find. Deep cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance are carried out by specialist contractors at their own price, which we arrange and, if you wish, supervise at our hourly rate.
How do I pay, and is there a minimum term?
Packages are paid monthly in advance, with a minimum of three months and then 30 days' notice. Paying upfront earns a reward: six months, 5% off; twelve months, your 12th month free; 24 months, two months free and your price frozen for 24 months. Bolt-on extras can be added or removed for the following month at any time. Prices are reviewed once a year, on 1 January, with 30 days' notice. If a prepaid agreement ends early, for example because you sell, unused whole months are refunded at the standard monthly price.
Are your prices shown with or without IVA?
Prices for private owners include IVA at 21%. Landlords and companies are invoiced the price before IVA, plus IVA; the price list shows both, and the calculator on Service & Pricing can switch to prices before IVA.
Will I have a written agreement?
Yes. The visit schedule, response hours and exact scope for your home are confirmed in your written service agreement. Every service and charge is confirmed with you before work is undertaken, and contractor invoices, materials, official fees and fuel for third parties are paid separately, at cost, with no mark-up on goods bought for you.
Do you check empty shops, warehouses, farms or factories?
Yes. Vacant Property Checks are documented security and condition checks of empty commercial buildings and land, for owners, banks, asset managers, landlords and liquidators. Every visit ends with a dated, time-stamped photo report on a standard checklist that you can share with your insurer or lender. Prices, before IVA: €70 a visit for a shop or office under 500 m², €110 for a supermarket or warehouse of 500 to 3,000 m², and from €180 for a farm, factory or multi-building site, quoted after we have seen it; visits weekly or fortnightly, plus the area surcharge. These are not technical building inspections or structural surveys, and we decline any site we judge unsafe. See Vacant Property Checks.
The Estate
What is The Estate?
The Estate is Whan Amador Prestige Group's selection of homes for sale on the Costa del Sol, presented on behalf of their owners. It is a selection rather than a portal: a small number of homes presented with editorial photography, clear facts and a private enquiry route. Tell us what you are looking for through a private consultation.
Do sale prices include taxes and fees?
No. Sale prices exclude purchase taxes and notary fees. We recommend that every buyer takes advice from an independent Spanish lawyer before committing.
Can I present my home for sale on The Estate?
Owners can ask for their home to be considered for sale. Homes are presented on behalf of their owners with editorial photography and clear facts, and The Studio can add a property film and aerial footage: €250 per project plus IVA for homes presented through The Estate and with any of our packages, or €500 plus IVA as stand-alone filming. Tell us about the property through a private consultation. If you would rather keep the home and have it looked after, see The Residence.
Can I see a home before I travel?
Yes. We can walk you through a home by video call on WhatsApp, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, and send photographs and film, so you can decide whether a visit in person is worthwhile.
The Vineyard
Who makes Whan Amador wine?
Whan Amador Vineyards & Wines is the wine house of Whan Amador Prestige Group, and a trading name of Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L., which buys, sells and invoices all the wine. The wine is made in France by licensed winemakers from Whan Amador vineyard grapes.
Which wines do you make?
The Prestige Collection is three wines, all AOP Saint-Chinian: Espíritu Special Edition, a white (Vermentino 40%, Grenache Blanc 40%, Carignan Blanc 20%); Everlasting, a rosé (Grenache 50%, Cinsault 30%, Mourvèdre 20%); and Matabuena Special Edition, a red (Syrah 50%, Grenache 25%, Carignan 25%). A wider portfolio of whites, rosés and reds is shown in the Portfolio, with filters by colour, appellation, grape and food pairing.
What is Everlasting rosé like?
Everlasting is a pale, luminous rosé from AOP Saint-Chinian: Grenache 50%, Cinsault 30% and Mourvèdre 20%, from schist and clay-limestone soils, made by direct pressing and vinified at low temperature in stainless steel. It is supple and vinous, with a graceful roundness, bright grapefruit and lemon, and a crisp finish of boxwood and lime. 12.5% alcohol, 75 cl bottles in cases of six, with the Whan Amador crest in gold on a clear bottle.
Can private clients buy your wine, and how much does it cost?
Yes. We supply private clients, restaurants, hotels, retailers and trade buyers. Prices depend on quantity and logistics, so they are given in our price list, which we send on request. Wine is sold only to adults aged 18 and over.
Do you deliver wine to Spain?
Yes. Our wines come from the South of France and are delivered to Spain with the excise paperwork and transport handled for you. Ask us about other destinations.
Do you supply wine for weddings?
Yes. Everlasting is our rosé for the toast, supplied by the case to wedding planners, venues and caterers, and to couples. It can be poured on its own for the toast, or as part of a table of three wines from the same collection: Espíritu Special Edition (white) to greet the guests, Everlasting for the toast and Matabuena Special Edition (red) for dinner. Tell us the date, the venue and the number of guests and we send the trade price list and confirm stock for your date. We supply the wine and private labels; we do not plan weddings. See Wedding Wines.
How many bottles do I need for a wedding toast?
Allow about eight toast glasses to a 75 cl bottle and round up to full cases of six. The planner on our Wedding Wines page works out the bottles and cases for your number of guests.
Can we taste the wines before we order?
Yes. We bring a private tasting of the three wines to your venue, villa or hotel, with glasses and notes, for 2 to 12 people aged 18 and over. The Signature Trio, three wines guided by us in about 60 minutes, is €75 per guest; the Trio and Pairing, the same wines with Andalusian cheese, cured ham and olives in about 90 minutes, is €95 per guest. Travel is included in Marbella, Benahavís and Estepona, and is €45 elsewhere between Málaga and Sotogrande. Prices include IVA, and the fee is credited in full against a wedding order of six cases or more. We confirm the date personally, together with how to pay.
Can I have wine with my own label?
Yes. Private label starts with a conversation about your occasion, guests and price; your label is designed by The Studio with you, and every design is checked for the information EU wine labels must carry. Labels cost €1 each plus IVA: on our wine the minimum is 50 bottles, with the wine priced separately, and labels on their own have a minimum of 500. The wine is made and bottled with licensed winemakers, labelled, checked, packed and delivered. See Private Label.
Do you supply restaurants, hotels and trade buyers?
Yes. We supply restaurants, hotels, venues, caterers and retailers, with trade prices by quantity in our price list on request, and we can create a house wine under the venue's own label. Our wines are also poured in the villas we manage, on the yacht charters we arrange and at weddings and events.
What is Grape to Table, and can my winery join?
Grape to Table is our collection of selected producers from France and Spain, from the Whan Amador family vineyard to growers we admire. Every producer is presented with its story, its wines and a link to its own website, and is labelled with how we work with it (family estate, partner producer or selected via négociant). Producers join by invitation and application: selection comes first and partnership options follow. Selected producers receive the Grape to Table seal for their own website. See Grape to Table to request the partnership pack.
Why do I have to confirm my age before seeing the wine pages?
Because we sell wine only to adults. Visitors confirm they are 18 or over before viewing our wine pages, and we may ask for proof of age before an order is handed over. As an official supporter of Wine in Moderation we follow the Spanish wine sector's code for commercial communications. See our Responsible Drinking Commitment.
Where can journalists and agencies find wine campaign material?
In the Media Room, which holds our campaign films and press material for media partners, agencies and corporate clients. Press enquiries can be sent to info@prestigegroup.es.
The Sea
How do yacht charters work with you?
Charters are arranged as part of our concierge service, in the same way as a car or a private flight: you tell us what you want, and we speak directly with captains and established charter agents, agree the terms for your day and introduce you to the yacht that suits. Charters are provided by independent owners, captains or charter agents under their own contracts and insurance. Before you commit, we confirm in writing who the contracting parties are and who invoices you.
Are the yachts licensed and insured?
We arrange charters only on yachts that hold the registration, commercial charter permissions, safety certification and insurance required for the waters concerned, with qualified crew. We never arrange unlicensed charters, and the captain's safety briefing is always followed.
How much does a yacht charter cost?
It depends on the yacht, the length of the charter, the season and the size of your group. The price is set with the yacht's operator for your day and confirmed to you in writing, with who invoices you, before you commit.
What do you need to know to plan a charter?
How many of you there are, when you would like to go, and the kind of day you imagine. There are no template routes: we talk through where you would like to go and how you want the day to feel, then agree a plan with the captain that can flex on the day. Wine from our own collection can be arranged on board.
The Collection
Who is the artist behind The Collection?
The Collection opens with two signed original paintings by Whan Amador: The Bull and The Elephant. Further works will join over time.
What is The Bull?
The Bull (reference WA-ART-001) is a Spanish fighting bull caught at the moment of the charge, painted in acrylic and finished in 24-carat gold leaf on a ground of Musou Black, an acrylic its maker rates at 99.4% visible-light absorption, so the bull appears to stand out of the darkness. It is a unique signed original on stretched canvas, 60 × 80 cm and 3.5 cm deep, with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. See The Bull.
What is The Elephant, and does it really glow?
The Elephant (reference WA-ART-002) is an African elephant meeting you head-on, painted in textured acrylic and hand-finished in 24-carat gold leaf, so its colour shifts with the direction of the light. Its highlights are picked out in luminous paint that gathers daylight and glows softly after sunset, or whenever a single light is turned towards the canvas. It is a unique signed original, 100 × 100 cm and 3.5 cm deep, gallery-wrapped, with a certificate of authenticity. See The Elephant.
Where can I see the paintings?
Both works currently hang at Coto Restaurante, on the Ronda road above Benahavís, a few minutes from La Zagaleta, where they can be seen during the restaurant's opening hours. Private viewings can also be arranged in Málaga or on the Costa del Sol, by day or in the evening, and we can advise on hanging and lighting a work in your own space.
How do I buy a work, and what does it cost?
Prices are given on request. As Spanish anti-money-laundering law requires, the buyer's identity is verified before sale, and works of art are paid by bank transfer from an account in the buyer's name (or that of the verified company or trust acting for them); we accept no cash for art. Each work comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
The Eye
What is a mystery dining or experience audit?
The Eye is anonymous, trained observation of the whole guest experience, written up as a confidential report with scores and practical recommendations. We visit as ordinary guests and follow the whole chain: the booking, the welcome, the service, the food and its presentation, the timing, the atmosphere, the hygiene, how mistakes are handled, the bill and the goodbye, and how all of it matches what the brand promises. See The Eye.
Which businesses is it for?
Restaurants, hotels and any venue where the experience is the product: private clubs, villas and holiday rentals, yacht charters, concierge services and luxury retail. Owners and investors also use it for an independent view before investing in a venue, or to see where the guest experience may be costing repeat business.
What do I receive?
A scored report with written observations and recommendations, followed by a private debrief. The report is the starting point: we can take your team through it and, where useful, return to see what has changed.
Is it confidential, and will my staff know?
Every engagement is covered by a written confidentiality agreement, and we never name a client without permission. Our visits are anonymous: we arrive and behave as ordinary guests.
Who carries out the audits?
Behind every report are fifty years of combined experience in five-star hospitality and private, high-net-worth environments, working from the ground up to the top of our professions and training others along the way. Fees are set in a private proposal for each engagement.
The Studio
What does The Studio do?
The Studio is the design arm behind our own labels, films and website, now working for the people we work with. It builds websites that read beautifully on a phone and are built to be found on search, in up to four languages; designs wine labels and private labels for weddings, restaurants, hotels and gifts; and makes property films, aerial footage where permitted, brochures, sell sheets and social media sets. See The Studio.
How much does The Studio charge?
Websites from €500 plus IVA (€605 including IVA), with larger sites and extra languages quoted on request. Property film and aerial footage €250 per project plus IVA (€302.50 including IVA) with any of our packages or for a home presented through The Estate, or €500 plus IVA (€605 including IVA) as stand-alone filming. Labels €1 per label plus IVA (€1.21 including IVA): labels on their own have a minimum of 500, and on our wine a minimum of 50 bottles, with the wine priced separately. Anything larger is quoted in writing before we start.
Do you film with drones?
Aerial footage is filmed only where Spanish rules permit it. Some aerial services on our price list start once our Spanish drone registration is complete.
Will my label meet the legal rules for wine?
Every label design is checked for the information that EU wine labels must carry, before it is printed.
Which tools does The Studio use?
The Studio works across the Adobe Creative Cloud family, including Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Firefly and Acrobat, so every label, site, film and brochure is made to industry standard.
Prices, payments and contracts
Are the prices on the website final?
The published prices are our standard prices. Calculators and estimates are illustrative, and the final price and exact scope are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement after a private assessment. Every service and charge is confirmed with you before work is undertaken.
How can I pay?
Payments are made to company bank accounts only, never to personal accounts. For property sales and lettings, yacht charters and works of art we accept no cash at all: payment is by bank transfer from an account in the client's name, or that of the verified company or trust acting for them. For other services, such as property care, concierge and wine, cash is accepted only up to the legal limit that applies to you, and for any cash payment above €1,000 we check and copy your identity document and issue a receipt. For tastings, we confirm how to pay when we confirm the date.
What if I receive a message asking me to pay a different bank account?
Do not pay it. We never change bank details on the strength of an email or message alone. Call us on +34 672 93 99 23 to check before making any payment.
Do you add a mark-up to contractors or purchases?
No. Goods and materials bought for you are charged at their actual cost, with the receipt. Repairs and specialist contractors charge their own price, invoiced to you directly unless agreed otherwise, and any quote is passed to you unchanged and approved by you before work starts.
Which law applies to your services?
Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Málaga, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules, and your consumer rights are not affected. See the Terms of Service.
Privacy, accessibility and standards
What do you do with my personal data?
We collect only what we need to answer you and provide your service: your name, email, telephone, preferred contact time and your message. We never sell personal data, and we share it only with service providers acting for us under contract and, where needed to deliver a wine order, our warehousing and transport partner. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to info@prestigegroup.es, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). See our Privacy Policy.
Does the website track me with cookies?
No. We use only strictly necessary cookies and similar storage: to keep the site working, to remember your Day or Night view and, for your visit, that you have confirmed your age and whether you chose to show map content. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Google Maps views load only if you choose to show them. See our Cookie Policy.
Is the website accessible to blind and deaf visitors?
Whan Amador Prestige Group designs the website to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. By our own assessment it is partially conformant, with one known exception set out in our Accessibility Statement. It works with screen readers and braille displays, every photograph and painting carries a text description, and no information is given by sound alone. Every service can be arranged in writing, video meetings run with live captions, and a Spanish Sign Language (LSE) interpreter can be booked at the client's cost. Any document can be provided in large print, plain text or accessible PDF, free of charge.
What standards do you work to?
Our published Code of Conduct covers every arm of the company in Spain and France: confidentiality, the care of keys, homes and cars, personal data, honest marketing, conflicts of interest and payments. Where the Code sets a higher standard than the law, we follow the Code; where Spanish and French law differ, we follow the stricter rule.
How do I raise a complaint or a concern?
Tell us directly by email to info@prestigegroup.es, by WhatsApp or by phone on +34 672 93 99 23. For anything serious, such as fraud, harassment, safety or a breach of the law or our Code, use our confidential Report a Concern channel: anonymous reports are accepted, we acknowledge within seven days and tell you what has been done within three months, and retaliation is not tolerated.
What is your approach to responsible drinking?
Whan Amador Vineyards & Wines is an official supporter of Wine in Moderation. We never sell wine to anyone under 18, never aim wine communications at minors, never link wine with driving or encourage excessive drinking, and make no health claims. At our tastings wine is served with food and water in tasting measures, and we help guests book a driver or taxi home. Wine is only enjoyed in moderation.
I am a supplier or subcontractor. What do you expect?
Before anyone starts work we confirm their registration, tax and social-security position and insurance. Suppliers and subcontractors are expected to comply with labour, social-security, tax and safety law and to show us that they do, and all payments are made by bank transfer to an account in your business's name. See our Supplier & Subcontractor Standards.
