Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Whan Amador Prestige Group wants everyone to be able to use this website on equal terms, including people who are blind or partially sighted, deaf or hard of hearing, or deafblind, and people who use a keyboard, voice control or other assistive technology. This is a voluntary, standing commitment for prestigegroup.es, and we treat accessibility as part of the same standard of care we give our clients.

The standard we follow

We design and build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG is the international benchmark for web accessibility used in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Its requirements for websites are also set out in the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1, published in Spain by UNE as UNE-EN 301 549.

Legal framework

This statement is made with reference to: Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (the European Accessibility Act); Spanish Law 11/2023 of 8 May, which transposes that Directive into Spanish law; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013 of 29 November, approving the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion; Law 27/2007 of 23 October, which recognises the Spanish sign languages and regulates the means of support for oral communication of deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind people; Andalusian Law 4/2017 of 25 September on the Rights and Care of Persons with Disabilities in Andalusia; and Articles 9 and 21 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, ratified by Spain.

Conformance status

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: all of the standard is met except for the known exception listed here. This status covers every page of prestigegroup.es and was reviewed on 24 October 2026. Known exception: the contact form shows the name of each field as grey text inside the field rather than as a permanent visible label (screen readers do announce every field by name). We are adding permanent labels, and this status will be updated to fully conformant once that is done and retested. Content from other companies that we link to, such as Google Maps and Instagram, is outside the scope of this claim. This is our own assessment, made by testing every page with automated checks and by hand, including with VoiceOver on a real iPhone; it is not a certification by the W3C or by any other body. The accessibility badge in our footer refers to this claim. If you find anything that does not meet it, please tell us using the details below and we will fix it.

Blind and partially sighted visitors

The website works with the screen readers built into Apple, Android and Windows devices (VoiceOver, TalkBack and Narrator), with JAWS and NVDA, and with the refreshable braille displays connected to them. Every page has one main heading and a logical heading order. Photographs and paintings carry text descriptions, and purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers so they do not interrupt. Buttons, menus and form fields have spoken names. When you move to a new page, your screen reader is taken to its main heading, so you always hear where you are. A Skip to content link lets keyboard and screen-reader users go straight past the menu. The website is designed to be used with a keyboard alone, text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content, both the Day and Night themes are designed for readable contrast, and movement is reduced automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.

Deaf and hard of hearing visitors

No information on this website is given by sound alone. The one film currently on the site, showing light moving across The Elephant painting, has no speech and no soundtrack. Any film we publish that includes speech, on this website or on our social media channels such as Instagram, will carry captions in English and Spanish. You never need to telephone us: every enquiry, booking and service can be handled in writing, by WhatsApp message, by email to info@prestigegroup.es, or through our consultation form. Video meetings are held on Google Meet, with the link sent with your booking, or on Microsoft Teams if you prefer, with live captions switched on. If you use Spanish Sign Language (LSE), you are welcome to bring your own interpreter or video-interpreting service to any meeting. If you would like us to book a qualified interpreter for you, tell us when you first contact us and we will arrange one with reasonable notice, at the client's cost.

Deafblind visitors

Text on this website can be read on a refreshable braille display through your screen reader, and all our services can be arranged entirely in writing, at your own pace. Tell us how you prefer to communicate and we will follow it.

Third-party content

The animated Five Worlds panel on the home page and the wine bottle carousel can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader, and the same information is also given in text and ordinary links. Maps are provided by Google Maps, which is outside our control; if you cannot use a map, ask us and we will describe the location in writing. Wine sheets on this website can be printed or saved as PDF from the page itself. Brochures, proposals and other documents we send separately by email or WhatsApp are not part of this website; we will provide any of them in an accessible format on request.

Information in another format

If you need any page, document, proposal or invoice in another format, such as large print, plain text or an accessible PDF, or read aloud to you during a call, ask us and we will provide it free of charge.

Tell us about a barrier

If you find any part of this website difficult to use, tell us by email to info@prestigegroup.es, by WhatsApp or by telephone on +34 672 93 99 23, with the page and what happened. We will acknowledge your message within two working days and reply in full within twenty working days, and in the meantime we will give you the information you need another way.

If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office for Attention to Disability (Oficina de Atención a la Discapacidad, OADIS) of the Spanish Government, or the consumer protection services of the Junta de Andalucía.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 23 October 2026 from a self-assessment combining automated checks with manual testing: keyboard-only use, the screen-reader structure of every page, and phone and desktop screen sizes. It is reviewed at least once a year and whenever the website changes significantly. Website owner: Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L., CIF B23860828, Calle Álamos 7, 29012 Málaga, España.
