Trading names

Whan Amador Vineyards & Wines and Whan Amador Yacht Chartering are trading names of Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L. Like our property management and experience audit services, they are arms of one registered company, which carries out all contracting, purchasing, invoicing and billing. Our wines are made in France by licensed winemakers from Whan Amador vineyard grapes, and are bought and sold by Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L. under the Whan Amador Vineyards & Wines name.

Use of the website

Access is free. Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to damage, overload or interfere with it or with the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, images, logo, crest and other content of this website belong to the owner or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written consent.

Partners and programmes

Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L. takes part in the programmes below. Membership and licence details are available on request.

  • TP-Link Partner Program, since January 2026, for the networking and security systems we install and look after in the properties in our care, using TP-Link, Omada, VIGI and Tapo products.
  • Adobe Partner Connection Reseller Program, for the website, label and marketing design work of The Studio.
  • HIKVISION® partnership, for security cameras and video systems, including the AcuSense and ColorVu product lines.
  • Wine in Moderation: our wine house is a supporter of the programme and uses its logo under a licence granted by FEV – Federación Española del Vino. See our Responsible Drinking Commitment.
  • Coto Restaurante, Benahavís, displays The Bull and The Elephant, original works by Whan Amador, with the restaurant’s permission.

These are programme memberships. They do not make us an agent or affiliate of these companies, and their logos do not imply endorsement of our services beyond the programmes described. Memberships renew periodically, and this notice is updated whenever one changes.
