About these terms

These terms govern use of this website. Services provided to clients are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

Who you contract with

All services are contracted, invoiced and paid through Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L., even where a service is presented under a trading name such as Whan Amador Yacht Chartering or Whan Amador Vineyards & Wines.

Our services

Descriptions of property management, property sales, wine, yachting and Fine Art on this website are general information, not binding offers. Availability is confirmed in writing.

Quotes and fees

Fees are set in a private service proposal after assessment. Figures and calculators on this website are illustrative. Materials, fuel, specialist contractors and exceptional work are separate where applicable.

Yacht charters

Yacht charters are provided by independent owners, captains or established charter agents under their own contract and insurance. Before you commit to a charter, we will confirm in writing who the contracting parties are and who invoices you.

Third parties

Some services involve independent third parties, such as yacht owners, producers, contractors or artists. Where stated, they act under their own terms.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information and the access needed to perform the services.

Liability

We are liable as required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law, and consumer rights are not affected.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Málaga, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
