Cookie Policy

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L., CIF B23860828, Calle Álamos 7, 29012 Málaga, España. This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies, under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another organisation whose content or service the site uses. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay for a set period. Similar technologies, such as local storage, are treated in the same way.

Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the website secure and working. They also remember your choice of Day or Night view, and, for the length of your visit, that you have confirmed you are of legal drinking age before viewing our wines and whether you have chosen to show map content. They do not need your consent.

Analytics cookies

We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we start, we will use them only if you accept them, and we will list each one here with its provider, purpose and duration.

Third-party content

Some property pages can show satellite and 3D views from Google Maps. These load only when you choose to show them, and Google may then set its own cookies, which we do not control. Google's own cookie policy applies. Until you choose, we show our own illustrated view instead.

Your choices

We currently use only strictly necessary cookies and similar storage, so there is nothing for you to accept and no cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask first, with the option to accept all, reject all or choose by category, where rejecting is as easy as accepting, and we will add a Cookie Settings link to every page so you can change your choice at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may then work less well.

More information

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data. The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) publishes guidance on cookies at www.aepd.es.

Updates

We may update this policy when our cookies change. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
