Everlasting carries the Whan Amador crest in gold on a clear bottle, so the colour of the wine is the decoration. It belongs on a table of ivory linen, garden roses and candlelight, and it photographs as beautifully as the day itself.

The setting

Poured as the sun goes down.

The hour between the ceremony and the dinner, on a terrace above the Mediterranean. Everlasting is crisp and pale, at its best well chilled in the evening light.

Pale, crisp, and made to last the evening.

Supple and vinous on the palate, with a graceful roundness and bright citrus tones of grapefruit and lemon. A finish with distinctive aromas of boxwood and lime, and a crisp, fresh complexity.
