Employment

People who work for us as employees have written contracts, are registered with social security, and are covered by the law, any applicable collective agreement and our policies, in Spain and in France.

Independent professionals and agents

Independent professionals, agents and introducers work under written agreements. They run their own business, decide how to carry out their work, hold their own registrations and insurance, and invoice for their services. We do not use independent status to replace employment where the relationship is one of employment.

Checks before we engage

Before anyone starts, we confirm their status, registration, tax and social-security position and insurance, and we keep records and review them regularly.

Subcontractors

Suppliers and subcontractors are expected to comply with labour, social-security, tax and safety law, and to show us that they do.
