Supplier & Subcontractor Standards

About these standards

These standards set out what Whan Amador Prestige Group S.L. requires of every supplier, subcontractor and independent partner who works with us or on our behalf, in Spain and in France: in clients' homes, on clients' cars and yachts, at our vineyard in France, and in our wine, art and audit work. They form part of every contract we sign.

Version 1.0. Approved by the Administrator. In force from 21 October 2026.

Why we have them

Our clients trust us with their homes, their privacy and their money, and that trust extends to everyone we bring in. We work with registered, specialist businesses, and we check them before they start. Choosing partners carefully is how a founder-led house keeps the same standard on every job.

Our commitments to you

We give clear written instructions, agree prices before work starts, and pay correct invoices on time and as agreed. We treat your people with respect, keep your commercial information confidential, and tell you promptly if something is not right, so it can be put right.

1. Legal compliance

You comply with all laws that apply to your work, including employment, social security, tax, health and safety, data protection, consumer and environmental law, in every country where you work for us. Where Spanish and French rules differ, the stricter rule applies to work in that country.

2. Your people

Everyone you send to work for us is legally entitled to work, has written terms, is declared to the social security authorities before starting, and is paid at least the legal minimum wage and the applicable collective agreement rate, with overtime paid in full. Working hours and rest periods stay within legal limits.

You do not use forced, bonded, trafficked or child labour. You never hold workers' passports or identity documents, never charge workers a fee for finding them work, and provide lawful, decent accommodation wherever you house workers. Harassment and discrimination are not tolerated. These standards follow the core conventions of the International Labour Organization.

3. Documents we require before work starts

For any contract worth €5,000 or more, these documents are provided at signing and renewed every six months while the work continues. Smaller contracts may be asked for the same.

We ask for these because the law in both countries can make the business that hires a subcontractor jointly liable for its unpaid wages and social charges: in Spain under article 42 of the Workers' Statute, and in France under the Labour Code's vigilance rules. Checking protects your workers, our clients and us.

4. Health and safety

You assess the risks of your work, train your people and provide the protective equipment they need. Work in clients' homes, on boats, at height, near pools and with vineyard machinery or treatments is planned and carried out safely. Nobody drives or operates machinery after drinking alcohol. Accidents and near misses are reported to us the same day.

5. Confidentiality and clients' property

Everything you learn about our clients, their homes, guests, movements and possessions is confidential, during and after your work. You never name a client, photograph a client's home, car or yacht, or post about them, and you require the same of your staff.

Keys, alarm codes and access details are used only for the agreed job, never copied, never written on keys, and returned or deleted when the job ends. Clients' homes, cars and belongings are used only for the agreed work.

6. Data protection

Where you handle personal data for us, you do so only on our written instructions, under a data processing agreement that meets article 28 of the GDPR, with appropriate security, and you tell us without delay of any data breach.

7. Anti-bribery and gifts

You do not offer, give, ask for or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper advantages of any kind, to or from public officials or private individuals, including our own team and our clients' staff. You comply with the anti-corruption laws of Spain and France and of any other country whose law applies to you. Gifts and hospitality to our team are limited to occasional, modest courtesies.

8. Anti-money laundering, sanctions and payments

You support our client verification duties under Spanish and French anti-money-laundering law and tell us of anything suspicious. You are not owned or controlled by, and do not deal on our behalf with, anyone subject to EU sanctions. All payments are made by bank transfer to an account in your business's name; we do not pay in cash or to personal or third-party accounts. Any change of bank details must be confirmed by telephone on a number we already hold.

9. Honest dealing

Invoices, timesheets, reports and quotes are accurate and complete. Quotes from third parties are passed to us unchanged. You declare any conflict of interest, such as a family link to a client or a competing interest in a property or deal, before you accept the work.

10. Environment

You follow the law on waste, water, fuel and the storage and use of vineyard treatments, avoid unnecessary waste, and leave clients' homes and our land as you found them, or better.

11. Subcontracting

You do not pass any part of the work to another business without our written agreement. Any subcontractor you use must meet these same standards and provide the same documents, and you remain responsible for its work.

12. Checks and records

You keep records that show you meet these standards, and on reasonable notice you let us, or an adviser acting for us, review them. Where checks find a problem, we agree a written plan and a deadline to put it right.

13. Raising a concern

If you or your workers see something that breaks these standards or the law, tell us. Our confidential Report a Concern channel is open to suppliers, subcontractors and their staff, accepts anonymous reports, and protects everyone who reports in good faith from retaliation.

14. If standards are not met

Minor issues are put right under an agreed plan. Serious or repeated breaches, including unpaid wages, undeclared work, unsafe work, bribery or a breach of client confidentiality, allow us to suspend or end the contract immediately and, where the law requires, to inform the authorities.
