Not a desk in a lobby

Concierge is often imagined as someone behind a hotel counter. Ours is different: one dedicated person who knows your home, your preferences and the way you like to arrive, and who looks after the details before you have to think of them.

Before you arrive

We open and air the house, check that everything works, set the temperature, and arrange what you ask for: the fridge stocked, fresh flowers, linen made up, a car or an airport transfer, a table booked for the first evening.

While you are here

We are on hand for whatever the stay needs: shopping and deliveries, meeting tradespeople, arranging services, transport, a private chef, a day on the water or a wine tasting with our producers.

When you leave

We inspect the property, deal with anything that needs attention, and close the house up properly, so it is in order for next time.

Included and charges

Preparing the house for an arrival, or closing it after a departure, counts as one of your plan visits: the same price as an inspection, charged once. An extra visit for package clients costs €60 for an apartment or townhouse, €80 for a house with a pool or garden or €100 for a large villa of 6 bedrooms or more, and a single visit without a package from €90, plus the area surcharge; the calculator on our pricing page shows the price for your home and area. Concierge time is charged at our published hourly rate, plus the cost of any purchases. Everything is confirmed with you before it is done.
