From visit to decision

First, a brief: what matters to you and which visits to make. Then the visit, anonymous and as an ordinary guest. Then a written, confidential report within an agreed timeframe. Then a private debrief to walk through it together. A return visit to see what has changed can be agreed afterwards.

What the report contains

An overall score and a score for each area, such as welcome, service, product, atmosphere and cleanliness, and how problems are handled, each on a scale of one to five. Observations in plain language, what to keep doing, and what to fix first.

Fair to your team

Reports describe the experience and the procedures, not individuals. Staff are not named.

Confidentiality

Every engagement is covered by a written confidentiality agreement. We never name a client without permission, and we keep audit information securely and only for as long as it is needed.
