Our commitment

Everyone who works with us is entitled to dignity, equal opportunity and a safe environment. We apply the same standards in Spain and in France.

No harassment

We do not tolerate sexual harassment, harassment based on sex, or any other form of workplace harassment, by or towards anyone. Our written Harassment Prevention Protocol explains how to complain, how complaints are investigated, and how people are protected.

Equal opportunity

We treat people equally in recruitment, pay, training and progression, and we do not discriminate on grounds of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, origin, disability or any other protected ground. We keep the pay records the law requires.
