Privacy & Data
Our approach
Prestige Group is built around discretion. We collect personal information only where it is needed to respond to you or to look after your property, wine, charter or collection, and we keep it only as long as there is a reason to.
What we ask for
Your name and contact details, the address and basic details of your property, access arrangements when we look after it, and the information needed to prepare a proposal or an invoice. We do not ask for more than we need, and we ask you not to send bank cards, identity documents or passwords by email or messaging apps.
Property and access information
Details such as keys, alarm codes and access arrangements are held only for the people who need them to carry out the agreed service, and are released only to authorised people.
Who sees your information
Only authorised members of the team. Where a service involves a third party, such as a contractor, a charter agent or a wine producer, we share only what is needed for that service and ask them to treat it as confidential. We never sell personal information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your information, object to how it is used, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to info@prestigegroup.es. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
